Willene Gibbs Matthews of Bloomfield, Missouri passed away on December 1, 2013.

Arrangements are for visitation at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 3, services at 11:00 a.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Beulah Yvonne Pinkard

Beulah Yvonne Pinkard, daughter of the late Oscar Campbell and Mildred Moore Campbell, was born in Sturgeon, Missouri on November 14, 1937 and departed this life at her residence in Malden, Missouri on November 30, 2013 at the age of 76.

Mrs. Pinkard was a homemaker.

She was united in marriage to William Rex Pinkard in Bloomfield, Missouri on August 31, 1957.  Mr. Pinkard preceded her husband in death on January 8, 2012.

Survivors include one son, William Kenneth Pinkard of Malden, Missouri; by two daughters, Della Roark of Malden, Missouri and Marilyn Sue Wright of Sikeston, Missouri; by one four grandsons, Timothy Pinkard, Steven Randall, Jason Randall and James Randall; by six brothers, Charles Campbell of Alton, Illinois, Bobby Campbell and Elbert Campbell both of St. Charles, Illinois, Eugene Campbell and Ricky Campbell both of Bernie, Missouri and Curtis Campbell of Gideon, Missouri; by three sisters, Shelby Wilson of Macon, Missouri, Carol Campbell and Joyce Campbell both of Bernie, Missouri.  Also by other relatives and friends.

Her parents and her husband, by one brother Oscar Junior Campbell, preceded her in death other than.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. 

Funeral services will then be conducted at 12:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie. 

Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.

Bob Weathers

Bob Weathers, son of the late George Rawleigh Weathers and Ethel Cordelia Forest Weathers was born on September 22, 1937 at Fisk and departed this life in the emergency room of the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County on November 30, 2013 at the age of 76.


Mr. Weathers was a twenty-one year veteran of the Dexter Police Department, retiring as Lieutenant. He enjoyed working on the family farm and was a resident of Dexter.


He was united in marriage to Thelma Teel on June 21, 1956 at Poplar Bluff. Mrs. Weathers survives of the home in Dexter.


Besides his wife, survivors include two sons and their wives, Ronald and Tabitha Weathers of Dexter and Robert and Teresa Weathers of Malden: by three daughters, Brenda and Gaylon Taylor of Rice, Texas, Teresa and Ronnie Peacock of Essex and Sheri Weathers and Terry Hall of Campbell: by two sisters, Gladys Elizabeth Hayes and Sharon Ann Rushing both of Poplar Bluff: by eighteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.


Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Clyde Clayton Weathers, L.B. Vernon Weathers, George Raymond Weathers and Eldon Gene Weathers: by one sister, Viola Evelyn Mosbey.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 4:00 P. M. until 8:00 P.M., Monday, December 2, 2013.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.

 

Interment will follow in the Ash Hill Cemetery at Fisk.

Ronald G. Razer, son of the late Sylvester and Ada Eaton Razer, was born in ,  on August 25, 1940, and passed away at his home near Shook, Missouri on November 25, 2013, at the age of 73 years and 3 months.

He had lived in Wappapello for many years. He had worked for Hedrick Concrete as a brick layer and supervisor and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.

Surviving are his care giver, Angela McIntyre of Wappapello;  step-children, ;many step-grandchildren; many step-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Billy Gene, Bobby, Sidney and Manford Razer and one sister, Shirley Britton.

Visitations may be made on Monday, December 2, 2013, from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Graveside Services will be held Monday, December 2, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors conducted.

Lawrence E. Chapin, son of the late Clayton and Ruth Gilbert Chapin, was born in Stanton, Michigan on March 9, 1915, and passed away at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on November 11, 2013, at the age of 98 years, 8 months, and 2 days.

He had lived in Kansas City before moving to Dudley in 2004. He had worked for a transport company hauling cars. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.

On December 23, 1943, he was married to Kathryn E. Orr in Tacoma, Washington. She preceded him in death on September 23, 2006.

Surviving are one son, Miles Greg Meadows of Dexter, Missouri; one daughter, Sharon M. Hill of Leawood, Kansas; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Meadows, one brother and one sister.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, December 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors conducted.
