Peggy L. Rangel

Peggy L. Rangel, daughter of the late Grover Mosley and Juanita Webster Mosley, was born on August 6, 1940 in Blytheville, Arkansas, and passed away on May 4, 2013 at her residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 72 years.

Mrs. Rangel was a member of the Living Water Worship Center in Dexter and retired from Federal Mogul in Dexter.

On May 25, 1958, she was united in marriage to Toby Rangel in Blytheville, Arkansas.  Mr. Rangel survives of the home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Rodney Rangel of Perryville, Missouri and Randy Rangel of Sacramento, California; by one daughter, Laura Cahow of Advance, Missouri; by two brothers, Gerald Mosley of Dexter and Ralph Mosley of Laredo, Texas; by two sisters, Muriel Dirden of Dexter and Pat A. Davul of Fresno, California; and by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 9, 2013 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Jim Hook officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
