Edna L. Aslin, daughter of the late Frank and Tempie Teague, was born on September 29, 1927 at Clairfield, Tennessee and died on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter at the age of 83.

Survivors include her two sons and daughter-in-laws: Tim and Lesa Aslin of Dexter, Keith and Stacey Aslin of Barnhart, Missouri and three loving grandchildren, Jennifer Aslin of Dexter, David and Nicholas Aslin of Barnhart. Also surviving is one brother, Charles Teague of Hamilton, Ohio.

Her husband, Kenneth D. Aslin, preceded her in death on March 16, 1977. In addition to her husband and parents, five sisters and three brothers also preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from until 7 p.m.

At her request, a private graveside service will be conducted at the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
