Stoddard County Public Water District is seeking either a Water Operator with a Distribution 1

Certificate or someone wishing to be trained.

Pay will be determined by experience.

Should a trainee be selected Certification would be required after the training period and paid for by the water district.

While we strive to keep a Monday through Friday schedule, emergencies sometimes do occur and may require the employee to work beyond the schedule or on a weekend.

The position does require a High School Diploma or GED.

Duties will include installing water meters, repair or installation of water pipes, and collection of water samples, and other job duties as needed.
