The individual will work on, but not limited to, providing customer service and order entry in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.
The individual will also be responsible for accurately entering customer purchase orders, proofreading and working closely with the art, production and shipping departments to ensure accuracy of the customers’ orders.
The ideal candidate must have:
Prior experience in an office setting and in customer service.
Ability to prioritize and multitask for maximum efficiency and with accuracy.
Professional and pleasant phone etiquette and have experience using a multi-line phone.
Prior experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to keep work station clean and organized.

Stoddard County, Missouri - Route P in Stoddard County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Route 91 to Route Y.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Open to local traffic only.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Dexter, Missouri - Please contact Dexter PD at 573-624-5512. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is searching for a woman who was reported missing on Aug. 3 in the Dexter, Mo. area.
Wendy Hale, 38, was last seen at her home on Friday, Aug. 2 and she was expected to travel to her mother’s home on Aug. 3, but never arrived.
Hale is diabetic and has a history of epilepsy and is also narcoleptic. Hale may be traveling with a small dog.
Hale has green eyes and brown hair; is five-foot six-inches tall and weighs 300 pounds.
She is known to drive a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Missouri plates NA8U95.
Anyone with information about Hale’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 for their nearest law enforcement agency or call the Dexter Police Department at (573) 624-5512.
