
Bloomfield, MO - The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce has become very active over the past few years. The number of events have increased for 2020. The Chamber Board of Directors are working diligently to serve the community as well as stimulate business-to-business commerce in and around Bloomfield.

8:30am: Color Run 5K
10:00am-4:00pm Heritage Days Event
12:00pm: Easter Egg Hunt
2:00pm: Miss/Mister Heritage Days Pageant.
Event has booked more than 25 vendors, businesses, organizations etc..already for this event.
Food vendors will include Tasty Sno Crabs, Willy Bills Fish/Bbq and Hamburgers/hotdogs by Spirit & Truth Worship Center of Bloomfield.
Live Music by Joyful Noise.

Bloomfield, MO - The Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce will host their annual awards banquet on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Assembly Church located at 20034 State Hwy E. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m.
The event will kick off with dinner catered by Patty Shell and the awards ceremony will immediately follow.
Awards this year will be Teacher of the Year, Business of the Year, Farmer of the Year, Department of Public Safety Personnel of the Year, Man of the Year and Woman of the Year.
The Bloomfield Chamber will also present a scholarship.
Tickets for the event can be purchased at GoSemo Fiber or Shelter Insurance in Bloomfield. Cost is $20 per person.

Bloomfield, Missouri - The National Stars and Stripes Museum and Library has a new program starting in 2020 called “Kids Night at the Museum”.
On the second Monday of each month, for a registration fee of $10, kids can come to the museum and participate in a fun history related craft that they’ll get to take home! The registration fee covers the cost of all the materials provided. Kids 12 and under must have a parent or guardian present to attend.
The first Kid’s Night will be held on January 13th from 5pm to 7pm and the craft will be Nazca Line Art!
You can pick up your registration form at the museum or have it emailed to you directly.
All registration forms and fees must be turned in by January 10th!
Only 12 spots seats available for each activity!

Bloomfield, Missouri - The Stoddard County 4-H will hold a Valentine's Day card making social.
They will be making Valentine's Day cards for the residents of the Bloomfield Living Center.
Everyone is invited to participate. Come out and craft some wonderful cards to send to the residents.
All supplies are provided to make the cards.
Come see what they have in store for their upcoming events for the Stoddard County Youth!
This event will be held in the Stoddard County Courthouse inside the University of Missouri Extension Office on February 11, 2019, from 3-6:30 pm.

Bloomfield, Missouri - The Stoddard County 4-H group ended the 2018 year with their new Elderland Holiday 4-H Pie SPIN Club.
This was a new club formed for 4-H kids to learn how to make, bake and eat pies!
They learned how to make and bake a variety of pies and breads for their holiday season. After three day sof fun experience they got to ake home their wonderful pieces of art they made in the kitchen.
Some of the favorites that they made were cheesecake, breads, and different flavors of pies.
This was a great experience for all of the students to learn how to make and bake delicious pies and breads for their family and friends.
A huge thank you to all who participated and Elderland Restaurant for hosting this fantastic club for 4-H members.
