
Dexter, MO - The Dexter Fire Department held their annual Awards and Christmas Banquet at Hickory Log.
Todd O’Dell (left) received his twenty year service pin from Fire Chief Don Seymore.

Dexter, MO - Members of the Dexter Rotary Club joined The Lunch Box, an active adult center, located in downtown Dexter to help fill their Blizzard Bags.
In all they packed 220 bags!!!
They send out blizzard bags to every one of their clients so that they will have food in case The Lunch Box can't deliver to them due to inclement weather.
The bags also included information about the 2021 Subaru Share the Love Event.
SoutheastHealth of Stoddard County donated the bags that were used.

Dexter, MO - The First United Methodist Church of Dexter will hold a LIVE Nativity Drive Thru on Friday, December 17th and Saturday, December 18th on the grounds of the church. the nativity will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each evening.
The nativity will include events from the decree of Pontius Pilot to the visit of the Wisemen from afar and will be portrayed as part of the Christmas story of the birth of Jesus.
Live animals will at various stations, however guests will not be allowed to exit their vehicles are visit with the animals.
At the end of the stations there will be a photo opportunity for the children with stationary angels and shepherds.
