Bernie Positive Office Referrals Week November 5, 2018

Bernie, MO - Bernie Elementary Positive Office Referrals were awarded this week.  These students were rewarded for their good behavior!

Students who earn such an honor also received a Subway Sandwich Gift Card and a POR Certificate.

These students were referred for displaying positive behavior!

Shanell had a great week.

Jeremiah was a team player who helped others to succeed. He teamed up to help a student play a sight word game in class. 

Mark is always respectful, follows directions quickly, and works hard in class. 

Aurora is always kind to everyone.

Leah always tries her best.

Back Row from left to right:

Liliana was reading AR like she was supposed to after indoor recess while the other students were goofing off.

Alexa was reading AR like she was supposed to after indoor recess while the other students were goofing off.

Tatum was respectful to a student she was competing against during a competition and showed a positive attitude despite winning or losing.

Braxton is a terrific student.

Dyson always has great manners and holds the door for the class everyday.

Jake was respectful to a student he was competing against during a competition and showed a positive attitude despite winning or losing.

Rylan saw a student who dropped his art box and they stopped to help him pick it all up.

Leightin was reading AR like he was supposed to after indoor recess while the other students were goofing off.

Bernie Positive Office Referrals for Week of October 22, 2018

Haley worked hard on her reading all week.

Asia did terrific in Art class this week.

Lily is a good friend and a hard worker!

-aelyn worked well with her team during small group time. They were an excellent example of great teamwork.

Aubree is a hard worker.

Jordyn is a great helper in the classroom.

Jacob worked well with his team during small group time. They were an excellent example of great teamwork.

Elijsha worked well with his team during small group time. They were an excellent example of great teamwork.

Dennis helped his teacher pick up the pencils off the floor and he pushed in the chairs other students had left out. He also straightened the carpet squares.

Back row from left to right:

Carson did terrific in Art class this week.

Rylan picked up all of the contents that fell out of another student's art box because this student was going to be in trouble if she was late.

Brooklyn worked well with her team during small group time. They were an excellent example of great teamwork.

Jack worked well with his team during small group time. They were an excellent example of great teamwork.

Cane gave his Pokemon stickers that he received from Scholastic to another student because he knew that student loved Pokemon.

Mason has been a great helper during class.

Avery saw that Mrs. Lanpher needed help keeping kids safe in the Elementary Music Department obstacle course and he helped.

Bailey helped another student who was behind.

Bernie Elementary Students Earn Positive Office Referrals

Drake untangled the classroom headphones without being asked after other students left them a mess.
Ethan helped fix the laptop cart.
Creed sticks up for his classmates when they need it.
McKenzie always works hard and is kind to others.
Tatum is a terrific student.
Avery volunteered to sweep the entire boys bathroom, because he saw that Ms. Donna's arm was hurt.

-Rowan worked hard and did not give up.
-Willow is always quick at following directions, respectful and kind to everyone, and works hard in class!
-Renella and Brooklyn decided to stop arguing daily and to be friends and play together at recess.
-Nolan worked really hard when he was asked to fix his writing paper!

Middle Row:
-Abby was super helpful and very polite in art class.
-Kally gave her best effort all week during small group.
-Shawn is always a hard worker.
-Owen is a great helper to the teacher.
-Liam was very polite to his teacher in music class.
-Wyatt is always quiet and works hard.

Back Row:
-Katie is always happy and so nice to everyone!
-Blair and Brooklyn organized bookshelves that were left a mess without being asked.
-Rhemy helped another student pick up their stuff.
-Blaydn always makes sure that all of the chairs are up before his class leaves for special class.
-Jaxon used his own class bloomz points to buy an item that another student was really wanting and gave it to him.
-Mackenzie showed perseverance while solving challenging math problem.
-Cody for awesome note reading!
