
Lesley Ray Mims, son of the late Clarence Lee Mims and Lillie Bell Mims, was born on February 12, 1938 in Charter Oak, Missouri, and departed this life on October 5, 2020 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 82 years.
Mr. Mims was a former employee of the International Hat Factory, working in maintenance.
On November 15, 1957, in Kokomo, Indiana, he was united in marriage to Barbara Sue Lee. Mrs. Mims preceded him in death on March 31, 2005.
He is survived by three sons, Gary Mims and his wife Carol of Potosi, Missouri, Stephen Mims of Dexter, Missouri, and Terry Mims and his wife Michelle of Maryville, Illinois; by two brothers, Raymond Mims of Malden, Missouri and Wesley Mims of Kokomo, Indiana; and by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Other than by his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Mims; by his daughter, Patricia Langston; by five brothers, David Mims, Jerry Ronald Mims, Harold Mims, Alfred Mims, and Edward Mims; and by three sisters, Ethel Rudd, Zieta Acorn, and Alvey Kirk.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Gary Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.

Lavonne Ann Beck, daughter of the late Samuel James McNeely and Annie Viola Barnhart, was born on May 9, 1956 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and departed this life on October 5, 2020 at Southeast Health of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 64 years.
Mrs. Beck was a homemaker, she was of the Baptist faith, and a resident of Dexter.
On October 23, 1976, in Las Vegas, Nevada, she was united in marriage to Donald Eugene Beck Jr. Mr. Beck preceded her in death on May 19, 2014.
She is survived by her son, Donald Eugene Beck III of Dexter; by three daughters, Michelle Zamora of Sedalia, Tina Beck of Dexter and Jackie Turner of Idaho; by her long-time companion, Ronald Gleave of Dexter; and by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Tammie McNeely.
A memorial service will be held at Sweet Prospect General Baptist Church in Dexter on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Rowland officiating.

Ronald DeWayne Clark, son of the late Stephen Clark and Ludie Burris Clark, was born on November 10, 1956 in Kennett, Missouri, and departed this life on October 4, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 63 years.
Mr. Clark was a Veteran of the United States Army; serving in a nuclear artillery unit, in the Cold War, along the Soviet Border. He was a former manager for the Dollar Store and a resident of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
On October 15, 1988, in Bell City, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Sandra Ritchie. Mrs. Clark survives of their home in Poplar Bluff.
In addition to his wife Sandra, he is survived by his son, Brandon Clark of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by his daughter, Jessica Bencivenga of Crestview, Florida; by his sister, Kathy Lippencott of Green Valley, Arizona; and by his granddaughter, Sadie Harrison.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Gene Clark, Jim Clark, Marvin Truman Clark, Ray Clark and Richard Clark; and by six sisters, Betty Dillion, Carolyn Lacy, and four in infancy.
Graveside services will be conducted in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with full military honors.

Bonnie Jo Gibbs, daughter of the late Hugh Lay and Kathryn McRoy Lay, was born on July 8, 1941 in Bell City, Missouri, and departed this life on October 4, 2020 at West Ridge Place Assisted Living in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 79 years.
Mrs. Gibbs was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Bloomfield, Missouri. She was a homemaker and a resident of Bloomfield.
In January of 1965, in Circle City, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Roger Lee Gibbs.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Gibbs of Bloomfield; by her son, Brett Gibbs of Bloomfield; by two daughters, Amber Duvall and husband Lloyd of Pevely and Ginger Gibbs of St. Louis; by two sisters, Sharon Jones of Sikeston and Debbie Parks of Dexter; by her grandson, Ryan Duvall; and by many nieces and nephews. Bonnie was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Griffin.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Morrison officiating..

Beulah Marie James Timberlake, daughter of the late William Lunsford and Cara Marie Jordan Lunsford Jones, was born in Advance, Missouri on January 3, 1932 and departed this life at her residence in Bernie, Missouri on October 4, 2020 at the age of 88.
Mrs. Timberlake was a homemaker and a member of River of Life Church in Dexter, Missouri.
She was united in marriage to Lester James on March 13, 1950, Mr. James preceded his wife in death on April 11, 2014. She was united in marriage to Clyde Richard Timberlake on November 26, 2016, Mr. Timberlake preceded his wife on November 8, 2019.
Other survivors include two sons, Danny James & Jayne of Dexter, Missouri and LeRoy James & Ange of Kansas City, Missouri; by three daughters, Beverly Lintz & Connie of Bernie, Missouri, Debbie Jones of Jefferson City, Missouri and Allison Williams & Stephen Wayne of Bernie, Missouri; also by several grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents and her husbands, by four brothers, Eugene Lunsford, Doyle Lunsford, W.D. Lunsford and JR. Lunford.

Graveside services will be conducted in the Bernie Cemetery on Thursday, October 8, 2020 starting at 12:00 Noon. Rev. Bill Pennington officiating.
