Linda Cuellar, daughter of the late J. W. Willcutt and Ruth Richards Ingram was born on September 28, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas and departed this life on March 10, 2018 at the Westfield Nursing Center in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 69 years.

Mrs. Cuellar was a home maker and a resident of Sikeston, Missouri.

Survivors include: one son, Robert L. Mitchell (Dorothy) of Dexter, Missouri; one brother Timothy Willcutt of Kansas City, Kansas; by three sisters, Angelique L. Meyers of Edgerton, Kansas, Christine K. Kirkwood of Kansas City, Kansas and Sherry L. Hopkins of Ozawkie, Kansas; two step-grandchildren Hailey and Kali Pennebaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Cuellar; her step-father, Roy L. Richards; two brothers, Jimmy Willcutt and Jerry Willcutt; by one sister, Kimberly Hawley.

A graveside service will be conducted at the Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 1:30 P.M.
