2023 DHS Fall Senior Night Featuring Ashton Dvorak

Dexter High School honored their fall athletes at Senior Night at Charles Bland Stadium on Friday, October 20th prior to the kick-off between the Dexter Bearcats and the Malden Green Wave.

Ashton Dvorak is the son of Cassandra Dvorak-Johnson.

He is a four year member of the Bearcat Marching Band.

Dexter High School honored their fall athletes at Senior Night at Charles Bland Stadium on Friday, October 20th prior to the kick-off between the Dexter Bearcats and the Malden Green Wave.

Tristan King is the son of Tina and Paul King.

He is a four year member of the Bearcat Marching Band and is the president of the Dungeons and Dragons Club.

His future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau and pursue a degree in entomology (study of entomology).

Tristan's most memorable band moment is when the band had a water balloon fight for the last day of band camp.

2023 DHS Fall Senior Night Featuring Leon Morlan

Leon Morlan is the son of Amanda Henerikson and Billy Jarrelled.

He is a four year member of the Bearcat Marching Band.  He is also a bass trombone player in the high school Jazz Ensemble, the low brass section leader of the marching ban and the senior representative for the Band Council.

His future plans are to attend Job Corp to get a license in construction and carpentry.

Leon's most memorable band moment is when his younger brother Logan ripped his pants at a home game.

Kiara Terry is the daughter of Daniele Terry and Trent Bennett.

She is a four year member of the Bearcat Marching Band and is also involved in Future Business Leaders of America, National Honor Society, and National Sr. Beta Club.

Her future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau to study Early Childhood Education.

Kiara's favorite band memory is getting to have interesting conversations on the band bus when coming home from competitions.

DHS Tackle Cancer Raises Money for 18Fore Life
On October 20, the Dexter Bearcats won both on the field and off the field. Money raised during fundraising activities at DHS was added to our Touchdown Sponsor donations.
Dexter High School with their combined efforts, they were able to raise $2,300 for 18 Fore Life.

This money will go to those who receive a cancer diagnosis to help them in their fight to TACKLE CANCER!
