Kindergarten Perfect Attendance at Southwest Elementary
Dexter, Missouri - Southwest Elementary held their monthly awards assembly and students in Kindergarten were recognized and awarded with Perfect Attendance certificates for the month of December.

Shown in the photo are back row from left to right: Braden Huggins, Evelyn Dvorak, Lexie Henson, Justus Lovelady, and Thomas Winchester.  Front row are Jeffery Malloy, Carter Childers, and Faith Bidatsch.

Miss Ashlynn Wyman Crowned Winter Homecoming Queen
Dexter, Missouri - The 2015 DHS Winter Homecoming Queen is Miss Ashlynn Wyman!  Second Alternate is Miss MacKinlee Rogers and First Alternate is Miss Julia Hahn.

Ashlynn is the 16-year-old daughter of Steve and Jana Wyman and is a sophomore at Dexter High School.  She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, DHS Student Council, Model UN, Honors Choir, Dexter Honors Society, Top Ten Percent, and is the sophomore Class President.  She is also on the varsity Volleyball Team and Varsity Basketball Cheer Team.

Her future plans are to graduate high school and attend Missouri State University-Columbia.

MacKinlee is the 18-year-old daughter of Scott and Robin Northern and is a senior at Dexter High School.  She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, FCCLA, FBLA, Dexter Honor Society, DHS Student Council, and is on the DHS Varsity Basketball Cheer Team. 

Her future plans are to attend the University of Missouri-Columbia and major in Political Science.

Julia is the 17-year-old daughter of Brad and Melissa Hahn and is a junior at Dexter High School.  She is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, FLC, FBLA, AHEC, Student Council, the Dexter Honor Society and First Christian Church Youth Group.  She is also involved in USAV Volleyball and a member of the DHS Varsity Volleyball Team and Field and Track Team. 

Her future plans are to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field.

Congratulations ladies!  The Dexter community is extremely proud of you and your accomplishments!

Retiring 2014 Winter Homecoming Queen Miss Shyann Jines

Dexter, Missouri - Ethan Flowers escorted the retiring 2014 Winter Homecoming Queen Miss Shyann Jines.

She is the 17-year-old daughter of Corey and Stacy Blocker and Brian and Amanda Jines and is a senior at Dexter High School.  She is a member of FCCLA, Future Teachers of America, DHS Yearbook Staff, and is the President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  She is also in the DHS Honor Society and on the DHS Varsity Volleyball Team and the Basketball Cheer Team. 

Her future plans are to attend Mineral Area College where she has earned a scholarship to play volleyball and pursue a degree in Education. 

Ethan Flowers is the 17-year-old son of Tim and Kim Flowers and is a junior at Dexter High School.  He is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, DHS Honor Society, and is on the DHS Varsity Tennis Team and Varsity Basketball Team.

Dexter, Missouri – Ashlynn Wyman escorted by Noah Kronk was chosen as the DHS 2015 Winter Homecoming Queen. 

She is the 16-year-old daughter of Steve and Jana Wyman and is a sophomore at Dexter High School.  Ashlynn is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, DHS Student Council, Model UN, Honors Choir, Dexter Honors Society, Top Ten Percent, and is the sophomore Class President.  She is also on the varsity Volleyball Team and Varsity Basketball Cheer Team.

Her future plans are to graduate high school and attend Missouri State University-Columbia.

The Boys Basketball Team nominated Ashlynn Wyman. 

Noah Kronk is the 17-year-old son of Darryl and Carla Bradley and is a senior at Dexter High School.  He is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, DHS Honor Society, Honors Choir, and is a member of the DHS Varsity Football Team, Varsity Basketball Team, and the Varsity Tennis Team.
