Dexter CTA to Host School Board Candidate Forum

Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter Public Schools Community Teachers Association (CTA) will host a school board candidate forum on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.

The forum will be held in the auditorium of Dexter High School.  The purpose of the forum is to allow the citizens of Dexter to become familiar with the candidates’ thoughts and views on a broad range of issues that the district is facing.

There are five candidates vying for three open positions on the Dexter R-XI School Board: banker Kevin Bishop, insurance producer Jason Comfort, PPTL launch engineer Ronald David Glaus II, attorney Yewell “Bud” Lawrence, and financial advisor Ben Worley.

All five candidates have been invited to participate in the forum.

The forum is free and open to the public.

We hope that the community will join us to learn more about the views of our school board candidates.
