The National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky has issued a Flood Warning as the St. Francis River near Fisk is rising today.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri... St. Francis River at Fisk. .The river will continue to slowly rise, cresting a foot above flood stage by Friday morning, then hold steady. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
