The National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky has issued a Flood Warning as the St. Francis River near Fisk is rising today.

St. Francis River at Fisk. .The river will continue to slowly rise, cresting a foot above flood stage by Friday morning, then hold steady. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
