FLASH FLOOD WARNING FROM 11:36AM CDT SAT UNTIL 4:30PM CDT SAT

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR... CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI... NORTHWESTERN STODDARD COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI... WAYNE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI... BOLLINGER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 1135 AM CDT... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL JUST NORTH OF CAPE GIRARDEAU FROM AROUND JACKSON BACK TOWARD MARBLE HILL. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... CAPE GIRARDEAU... JACKSON... SCOTT CITY... PIEDMONT... MARBLE HILL... ADVANCE... GREENVILLE... WAPPAPELLO LAKE AREA...
