This will be the second year for Coach Josh Dowdy and the first year for new assistant coach Lucas McKinnis.
Gavin Warner, 8th grade student, will be this year's Team Manager.
Playing for the 7th grade team are: #1 Ryder Boles, #3 Riley Moore, #4 Andrew Ellinghouse, #5 Carter Dorton, #12 Landon Hoggard, #20 Gaige Willems, #21 Peyton Driskill, #24 Ryan Collier, #30 Jackson Allen, #32 Austin Daniels, and #42 Riley Slusher.
They opened their season at home against the Twin Rivers Royals from Fisk. The 7th grade defeated the Royals 58-10.
They traveled to Woodland for their second game. The 7th grade team defeated the Cardinals 54-22.

Dexter, Missouri - Jackie Kiger is a junior at Dexter High School and is the daughter of Jerry and Karen Kiger.
She has been a member Fellowship of Christian Athletes for three years and Student Council for three years.
She has lettered in Cheerleading, Lady Cats Dance Team, and Track & Field.
She is the granddaughter of Don and Peggy Davies, Robert Kyer, and Breneda Henley.
Her hobbies are cheer, dance, track and hunting. She attends First Baptist Church.
After high school graduation she plans to attend college.
Our Dexter Cheerleaders motivate our football team and Bearcat Fans each Friday night and we are very exciting to see them cheer in front of the home town crowd or at an away game! We are very proud of them and glad they are on OUR team!
Their routines have many components including tumbling, jumps, cheers, stunts, and dance and they are there for us each and every game, rain or shine, hot or cold!! We love our Bearcat cheerleaders!

Dexter, Missouri - Britney Hubbard is a sophomore at Dexter High School and is the daughter of Denny Hubbard and Michelle Hubbard.
She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has lettered in Cheer. She cheers for the varsity basketball team and football team.
Her grandparents are Beatrice DeLay, Ralph Delay, and Pat Carrier.
Britney loves cheerleading and tumbling.
Her future plans are to finish high school and attend Ole Miss upon graduating Dexter.
