Stoddard County - Winter weather just will not go away quietly. The National Weather Service has issues a Freeze Warning for Stoddard County.

........FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 8 AM CDT TUESDAY... ... FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A FREEZE WARNING... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 8 AM CDT TUESDAY. A FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING... LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THEN AGAIN LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES... LOWS TONIGHT GENERALLY NEAR OR JUST BELOW 32 DEGREES. LOWS TOMORROW NIGHT IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S.

* IMPACTS... NEW EARLY SEASON VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WATCH MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE. THESE CONDITIONS COULD KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
